Australia Awards Myanmar works with local and international organisations to provide Short Courses to Myanmar nationals.
Short Courses
Australia Awards Short Courses are short-term training opportunities funded by the Australian Government. Australia Awards Short Courses aim to achieve specified learning outcomes and are delivered by Australian Higher Education providers or Australian Registered Training Organisations.
Australia Awards Myanmar Short Courses are delivered throughout the year on specific topics related to key development challenges in Myanmar. Some components of the short courses are delivered in Thailand.
Australia Awards Myanmar invites tendering institutions to explore partnerships with organisations in the Southeast Asia region, where appropriate.
The Short Course Provider Handbook is a useful reference and will be a binding part of a contract with a preferred tenderer. The Handbook explains the Program’s pre-course preparation, delivery, logistics, welfare/pastoral care, monitoring and evaluation, course materials, and communication and public diplomacy requirements.
